Had beautiful family room with comfortable beds, pillows for sitting on, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near the mountains as well as the River about 10 miles East of Luang Prabang. The place had a family atmosphere.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of selection, and the food was fantastic. Our room had convenient amenities like an electric kettle, an individual safe, and air conditioning. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly nice. the hotel is situated close to a river with stunning views of mountains, waterfalls, and Luang Prabang. There is a fast food restaurant, Mooyah, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

This place is situated in a peaceful area near the restaurant, a beautiful mountain, and the train station, which is just a short distance of less than 2 miles away.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. the peaceful location, right by a river, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the mountains. Rooms were exquisitely decorated, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. There were interesting activities available to guests, such as an elephant safari and kayaking. We particularly enjoyed the electric mountain bike tours.

The hotel's remote location made it difficult to explore the city center swiftly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great- including transportation to nearby attractions, parking, and the riverside location was perfect for a peaceful retreat out away from everything. The staff was welcoming, with great service and attention to cleanliness. The breakfast was also excellent.

The surroundings of the hotel were stunning with incredible views of the mountains and river. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds and watching the sunrise over the water. The hotel had a great restaurant with delicious food options and a wonderful menu. We also enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel.

It was a bit of a hassle to get to the hotel as it was quite far from the town center and required a pricey transfer fee. the staff could have been better trained in communication.

The view from the room was breathtaking, with the river and the fishermen creating a serene atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the products served were fresh and from the nearby fields. the hotel's location, away from any surrounding roads, added to the peaceful ambiance, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway.

The flickering main light was a minor issue for me, and the low water pressure on the bum gun could be improved. these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience.
